Florida International Engineering performs Draw Inspection Reviews of various stages of work completed during the course of construction, redevelopment, and/or renovation projects. This service provides third party review, enabling a client to either move forward with the next draw or withhold funds until the specific phase has been satisfactorily completed. This also provides third party verification that the inspected construction meets industry standards. Prior to the draw request, Florida International Engineering provides a comprehensive review of Plan and Specification Review for the construction project, to verify proposed materials quantities and project schedule. During the plan and specification review, we will review the projected costs to ensure that they are in line with industry standards in the specific geographic region. This service ensures proposed costs are consistent with the actual project costs.
